METHOD FOR MAKING LITHOGRAPHIC PRINTING PLATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for making a lithographic printing plate having high ink accepting ability in an image part of the lithographic printing plate and stable printing property.

SOLUTION: In the method for making a lithographic printing plate by exposing a photographic material having a silver halide emulsion layer, developing (not including silver complex salt diffusion transfer development), and then processing with a processing liquid containing a silver halide solvent and an organic compound having a mercapto group in the molecule, the photographic material contains a compound having two or more propylenoxy groups in the molecule.
