<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for holding an optical fiber cable, with which, even if tensile strength is adjusted in one span section of an optical fiber cable, the adjustment does not have an influence on the other span section, therefore, the adjustment work of the tensile strength can be performed efficiently; also, the optical fiber cable can be fitted with ease and efficiency; and further which is generally applicable to optical fiber cables different in size. <P>SOLUTION: An optical fiber cable C is held on each slidable holding based 13a, 13b by arranging a pair of holding bases 13a, 13b to be slidable on a base 11, arranging bolts 16 as sliding mechanisms for sliding the respective holding bases 13a, 13b, independently, clip-fitting the optical fiber cable C between a pair of clipping pieces, inserting it in the clip part of each holding base 13a, 13b, and fastening the optical fiber cable C with a clamping body 26. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
