PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage control-type oscillator which has the narrow width of controlled voltage obtained by correcting a frequency temperature characteristic of a SAW resonator X, a clock transformer provided with the voltage control-type oscillator, and an electronic apparatus using the clock transformer. SOLUTION: The voltage control-type oscillator 1A inputs a voltage control phase-shifting circuit 3 to output a phase shift of an input signal shifting a prescribed quantity by a control voltage Vt from outside, the SAW resonator X, and a resonance signal having a prescribed resonance frequency from the SAW resonator X, outputs a clock signal of a desired frequency, and is provided with a buffer 2a to output an output signal for a positive feedback oscillation loop. The voltage control-type oscillator 1A forms the positive feedback oscillation loop by the voltage control phase-shifting circuit 3, the SAW resonator X, and the buffer 2a, and corrects the frequency temperature characteristic of the SAW resonator X by rotating the frequency temperature characteristic of the SAW resonator X utilizing a temperature characteristic of a propagation delay time of the buffer 2a.
