<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic control device with less speed change shock in an automatic transmission. <P>SOLUTION: This hydraulic control valve is provided with a cylindrical valve body having a plurality of ports in a circumferential wall, and a spool valve slidably provided in the valve body, having a land part of which outer circumferential surface slides to an inner circumferential surface of the valve body in contact with it, so that hydraulic pressure to be supplied to devices is controlled by changing opening area of the ports by the outer circumferential surface in accordance with the slide position of the spool valve to the valve body. The form of a notch formed at the boundary of the land part on the spool valve to an end surface of the land part is set in such a way that the opening area of the port opened in accordance with the slide position of the spool valve to the valve body is continuously increased from an intermediate part of the land on the spool toward the end part of the land. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
