PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid sealing type engine mount having a simple and novel structure and capable of obtaining effective vibration control effect for vibration in a plurality of or wide frequency zones by changing and setting vibration control characteristic in accordance with change of input vibration for which vibration control is required. SOLUTION: A part of a wall part of a pressure receive chamber 40 is constituted by a movable rubber plate 44, and a first action air chamber 48 is formed on the opposite side to the pressure receive chamber 40 across the movable rubber plate 44. The first action air chamber 48 is always connected with a negative pressure source 98 utilizing intake side negative pressure of an internal combustion engine. First pneumatic pressure control means 56, 98 are provided to let negative pressure fluctuation generated on an intake side of the internal combustion engine act on the movable rubber plate 34 for elastic deformation by applying the negative pressure fluctuation to the first action air chamber 48.
