PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a layout that can avoid the problem of performance degradation in a semiconductor integrated circuit which is caused by a crosstalk phenomenon. SOLUTION: In the semiconductor integrated circuit comprising at least one semiconductor element, parallel wirings (1 to 9) which are arranged inside are provided with tracks by the number of wirings and at least one or more dummy tracks.
