PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate assembly for a game machine arranged to eliminate the lowering of heat dissipation efficiency, malfunction or short circuit due to external intrusion of foreign matter when an installation space is reduced in case of employing a plurality of substrates. SOLUTION: In the substrate assembly for a game machine where a plurality of substrates 21, 22 and 22' mounting electric components are built in a case 20, other substrates 22 and 22' are arranged vertically with reference to one substrate 21 while facing the electric component mounting surfaces each other. The other opposing substrates 22 and 22' are spaced apart from each other to form a ventilation space AF and a cooling air introduction or exhaust fan 23 is disposed at one end of the ventilation space AF.
