PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a Web robot to shorten collecting time and to collect Web pages requested by a user. SOLUTION: Collation with a universal resource locator (URL) pattern which is a collection object, set beforehand to a pattern storage part 32 by the user is performed by a Web page analysis means 22. In the case of coinciding with the pattern, the URL is stored in a URL storage part 31. A web page requesting means 21 takes out the URL from the URL storage part 31, and collects the Web pages located in the URL on the Internet.
