PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily remove component modules from a case of a wrist watch. SOLUTION: The wrist watch (100) as an electronic device comprises a recess (31) formed inside surface of a case (3); an elastic engaging claw (14) provided to the component module (1) for hooking the recess (31), when the component module (1) is contained in the case (3); a drooping part (21), provided around a circuit presser (2) for hanging from an upper housing (12) to a lower housing (13) side; and a hooking releaser (22) provided to the drooping part (21) so as to be projected to a position of the bottom of the elastic engaging claw (14). The wrist watch (100) is constituted so that when the hooking releasing section (22) moves upward, it touches the elastic engaging claw (14) makes the elastic engaging claw (14) deform elastically, by elastically deforming the elastic engaging claw (14) so as to release engaging with the recess (31).
