PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively suppress reduction in tetragonality and crystallinity of oxide powders with a perovskite structure in order to attain the miniaturization of grains. SOLUTION: The method for producing oxide powders with a perovskite structure comprises: a stage where at least two or more main material powders for production of oxide powders with a perovskite structure are prepared; a stage where the at least two or more kinds of main material powders are mixed; a stage where the mixture of at least two or more kinds of main material powders are calcined; and a stage where oxide with a perovskite structure formed by the calcining is subjected to wet pulverization in a solution. In the stage where the oxide with a perovskite structure is subjected to the wet pulverization, the oxide is treated in a solution of pH 8.5 to 12.5. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
