PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environmental monitoring apparatus which can easily maintain an environment of an aseptic molding/filling system. SOLUTION: This environmental monitoring apparatus for the aseptic molding/filling system performs respective processes, that is, a plastic bottle molding process, a conveyance process, a content filling process, a cap feeding process and a capping process in the aseptic environment. The environmental monitoring apparatus is equipped with an environmental detection and recording means for detecting and recording at least any one of a machine working state, pressure, temperature, humidity and the number of suspended particulates in each process, independently in terms of the respective processes, as environmental indexes for the plastic bottle molding process 2, the conveyance process 3, the content filling process, the cap feeding process 5 and the capping process 6. The environmental monitoring apparatus like this facilitates a grasp of a factor in environmental pollution and environmental improvement, and by extension enables a reduction in production cost of an aseptically-filled product. Information on the working state, the pressure, the temperature, the humidity and the number of the suspended particulates in each process can be monitored constantly in real time by a surveillance monitor installed in a separated place without the entry of a worker into a clean room section subject to aseptic processing. Thus, environmental maintenance can be performed without a deterioration in the machine working state or cleanliness of the environment subject to the aseptic processing. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
