PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a chip molded article inexpensively, efficiently and with high safety without using steam or pressurized dry hot air, and a mold for the chip molded article. SOLUTION: A chip C1 with an adhesive which is prepared by making the adhesive adhere to a chip obtained by crushing waste of a polyurethane product, or the like, is packed in a required amount in the mold 10 having a gas blowing-in port 15 and a gas exhaust port 37 formed, and while the vapor in the mold 10 is exhausted outside by suction from the gas exhaust port 37, hot air of a required temperature is blown into the mold 10 from the gas blowing-in port 15.
