PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation flush door, putting the ventilation of air in a room or the like in good condition to improve the living environment, and preventing interference between the lower end part of a door and footwear not to cause warp or torsion. SOLUTION: This ventilation flush door 1 having a hollow part 10 is characterised in that, in the hollow part 10, at least a pressure generating means 3 and a pressurization transfer means are disposed on the upper side from a central reinforcement material 13, an expansible pressure tight air bag 5 is disposed on the lower side from the central reinforcement material 13, an air circulation control valve 4 connected to the pressure generating means 3 and/or the pressurization transfer means is disposed above the pressure tight air bag 5, and an energizing elastic body 6 is disposed below the pressure tight air bag 5 through a pressure tight support means 61, and a lower lateral rail 7 is disposed to move up and down below the energizing elastic body 6 through the pressure tight support means 61.
