This invention relates to a baby carriage. The baby carriage is carried not only by a manual handle, but also by a pedaling force. The guardian sits at a saddle, and rotates a rear wheel using a pedal crank mounted on a center shaft of the rear wheel, holds a rotating handle mounted to a supporting cross pipe, and drives or goes shopping at a close range with looking at a baby laid down on a baby bed in the baby carriage, or enjoys exercise and play together with a baby. A safe driving is secured by steering freely a front wheel according to the rotation of the rotating handle via a flexible wire and a steering lever. The lower frame having a lower rod fixed to a center shaft of the rear wheel is separated to two rods by a demounting pin. Further, the lower end of the upper frame forming the manual handle is folded about a fixing pin by an engaging piece for fixing and a shifting piece. Thus, since the front wheel is easily folded, the baby carriage is carried by a car with a compact size. |
