The invention relates to a device for calibrating an extruded plastic profile, comprising a calibration unit for a profiled extrudate that emerges from a profile-shaping die. The calibration unit has a moulded body (1) that surrounds the profiled extrudate, calibration surfaces (5) that rest against the profiled extrudate and vacuum slots (6) in said surfaces (5) that run transversally to the direction of travel (2) of the profiled extrudate and that can be connected to a negative pressure source. To obtain an advantageous construction, at least individual vacuum slots (6) penetrate the moulded body (1) transversally to the direction of travel (2) and are sealed on the outside of the moulded body (1) by a removable cover (12). |
