The polypeptide of claim 1, wherein the immunoglobulin is a human immunoglobulin. 3. The polypeptide of claim 1, wherein the immunoglobulin is of the IgG class. 4. The polypeptide of claim 3, wherein the IgG is IgGl. 5. The polypeptide of claim 4, wherein comprises an amino acid sequence SEQ ID No:42 or 44. 6. The polypeptide of claim 1 in a glycosylated form. 7. Use a polypeptide of claim 1 for manufacturing a medicament for treating inflammatory, autoimmune, antiogene, tumor or virus diseases. 8. A polypeptide derivative of claim 1 comprising a polyalkylglycol polymer. 9. The derivative of claim 8, wherein the polyalkylglycol polymer is coupled to the N-terminus of the amino acid sequence of the polypeptide. 10. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a therapeutically effective amount of polypeptide of claim 1.
