<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-noise air-conditioner having a reduced turbulent flow near a partition plate. <P>SOLUTION: The air-conditioner comprises a boxed unit body, a plurality of centrifugal fans provided in the unit body with their rotational axes in almost vertical directions, a heat exchanger provided in the unit body to encircle the centrifugal fans at their outer peripheries, and an interference suppressing means for suppressing the mutual interference of the flows of air blown from the plurality of adjacent centrifugal fans.
