LIQUID ENCLOSED TYPE VIBRATIONPROOF DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compose a compact liquid enclosed type vibrationproof device which reveals a predefined vibrationproof effect with respect to a broadly high frequency zone of vibration by varying dynamic a spring constant of a partition wall itself. SOLUTION: The partition wall 4 which partitions a cavity into main and auxiliary two liquid chambers 5, 6 connected into fluid communication with each other via a restriction passage 9 is configured so as to make it possible to displace in a direction which varies volumes of the main and auxiliary two liquid chambers 5, 6. The device incorporates an electromagnet 10 on the partition wall 4 in one piece and simultaneously interposed between the outer peripheral surface of the partition wall 4 and the inner peripheral surface of a cylindrical attachment member 2 in an enclosed state with a MR fluid 12 of which the viscosity can be increased or decreased by adjusting the intensity of a magnetic field by an electromagnet 10.
