PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag to be pasted with little fear of an article stored in a bag body coming out or being stolen, and a manufacturing method for the bag. SOLUTION: The bag 10 to be pasted includes the bag body 12 formed of a first bag sheet 20 and a second bag sheet 22 opposite thereto in a bag form having an opening 14, and a paste sheet 16 connected with an end on the side of the opening 14 of the first bag sheet 20 forming the bag body 12. A pasting adhesive layer 30 to be stuck to an article A to receive the paste is formed on the external surface opposite to the side of the opening 14 of the paste sheet 16. A covering adhesive layer 32 to be stuck to the surface of the second bag sheet 22 is further formed on the internal surface on the side of the opening 14 of the paste sheet 16 of the bag 10. The paste sheet 16 covers the opening 14 of the bag, the sheet 16 is stuck to the external surface of the second sheet 22 via the adhesive layer 32, and the adhesive layer 30 is formed to be pasted on the article A.
