<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personal computer equipped with a liquid-cooling system or structure capable of cooling a high heating element such as a semiconductor element used for a miniaturized and thinned electronic apparatus, with low power consumption. <P>SOLUTION: A reciprocating pump, a heat receiving jacket, a heat radiating pipe, and a connecting pipe for connecting these parts, are arranged in a closed loop to fill a liquid coolant.
