PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a presence display control device which eliminates complicated setting of presence information in accordance with a user's state.

SOLUTION: Whether current time is between the start time of a selected column and its end time is determined (step S43). When YES is determined and presence notification requirement is determined, respective other user ID data included in records of a group database 103 are acquired (step S47) and respective other user ID data and schedule names are transferred to a presence notification part 107. The presence notification part 107 acquires respective records of a user database 101 including the transferred other user ID data (step S49) and reports the transferred schedule names as presence information by specifying the log-on address information of each record as a notification address (step S51).
