<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packet communication system which further broadcasts a packet in order to obtain a fastest packet communication path from a transmitting source to a destination upon packet transmission, by providing a routing protocol as means for searching an optimum packet communication path under an environment in which a network configuration changes with respect to routing for searching the packet communication path, without a routing table which exchanges information with other routers to be automatically updated, and a packet communication device. <P>SOLUTION: A connection request packet is broadcasted to entire adjoining packet communication devices, a connection packet having path information is returned to a communication path of a connection request packet which has arrived at a destination packet communication device firstly, and a communication in a fastest communication path is enabled upon the start of packet communication by fixedly securing the communication path, and specifically becomes effective in the case the capacity of transmitted data is large. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
