<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the asynchronous circuit of which a clock generator is not required, which is suitable for the asynchronous circuit with low-power consumption and which is easy to achieve hazard countermeasures and estimation of delays, and which is simple to design. <P>SOLUTION: The asynchronous circuit which processes an asynchronous signal that is not synchronous to a clock pulse string of a CPU side of the invention comprises a pseudo-clock generating means 13, which receives the asynchronous signal as an input signal and generates a pseudo-clock based on the input signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
