<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To have the information on mutual wireless circuits in common among base station equipments for improved efficiency of the wireless circuit in the system where the information on the wireless circuit generated by a base station or a terminal is shared among a plurality of base stations, by solving the problem such as efficient packet scheduling is not available because the state of other cell is not known in the environment where a base station is so arranged that the communication from a plurality of base station equipments can interfere. <P>SOLUTION: A means for directly exchanging information between base stations is assured by holding IP addresses of peripheral base stations in a storage means, in the base station equipment connected to an IP network, and selecting the address based on the information from the terminal and the position of base station.
