PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for stably controlling elongations of sprouts of seeds of a pot vegetable garden for a long period of time by which vegetables known as difficult in cultivation are extremely simply cultivated in a small place such as a veranda (open veranda), the interior of a room, without requiring high-degree skill and experience and knowledge of pretreatment of seeds and seedlings, preparation of an agricultural land (or planter), fertilizer application (additional fertilizer application), chemical application, or the like, even by a beginner. SOLUTION: This pot vegetable garden is obtained by filling dried culture soil and seeds and seedlings composed of nutrition breeding plant bodies such as asparagus, konjak or a part thereof into a packaging container and closing an opening part.
