PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing unit assembling structure in which a habitable room forming a unit house and consisting of two vertically divided units that are separated from each other at an intermediate portion of a side wall of the room, can be easily and smoothly connected together with a stable structure. SOLUTION: The housing unit is constituted so that the habitable room 10b is vertically divided into the lower divided unit 11a consisting of a floor portion 13 and lower side wall portions 12a, and the upper divided unit 11b consisting of a ceiling portion 14 and upper side wall portions 12b. The lower divided unit 11a has attached thereto intermediate upper frame members 16 connecting between upper edges of respective vertical frame members 15a, and the upper divided unit 11b has attached thereto intermediate lower frame members 17 connecting between lower edges of respective vertical frame members 15b. Then by connecting and superposing the intermediate upper frame members 16 and the intermediate lower frame members 17 together, the upper and lower divided units 11a, 11b are connected together in one body at the intermediate portion of the side wall 12, and in this manner the habitable room portion 10b is constructed.
