PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an O-ring having excellent resistance to permeability without reducing mounting property and to provide a shaft sealing structure using it. SOLUTION: In this O-ring 50 sealing between a plurality of members 2 and 6, a part of it is formed by a first O-ring material 50a having high permanent distortion property and low gas permeability, and most parts other than the part are formed by a second O-ring material 50b having lower permanent distortion property than that of the part.
