PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it takes time and labor to change a wall paper used for a wall material in a building, and in the conventional changing method, waste material is produced by changing of the wall material to cause an environmental problem in disposal of waste material. SOLUTION: A wall paper is fitted to the existing wall paper to be removed by combination of A and B and by adhesion to the wall surface by a stapler D without tearing off the existing wall paper.
