PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide waterproof trousers preventing invasion of rainwater, snow or the like, having efficient optimum ventilation at the back faces of femoral regions and knee parts which are parts apt to perspire by exercise, having good flexibility and excellent functionality suitable for wearing at the exercise, further having good feeling on design to provide excellent fashionability, composed of a small number of components, having not complicated structure and easily produceable. SOLUTION: The waterproof trousers 100 has ventilation parts 20 for preventing the direct invasion of the rainwater, the snow or the like and heightening the ventilation at leg parts 10.
