DISPLAY DEVICE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-performance display device capable of simplifying a manufacturing process and high in an aperture ratio and luminance; and to provide its manufacturing method, in relation to a self-luminous display device using an EL element or the like and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This display device has: a substrate 50 with a plurality of luminescent elements formed on one surface; and a substrate 10 stuck to the one surface side of the substrate 50 so as to close the area with a plurality of the luminescent elements formed, and having a circuit for controlling a plurality of the luminescent element formed. Thereby, the luminescent elements can be formed on a smooth surface, and a light emission characteristic of each luminescent element can be prevented from being deteriorated.
