PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is very troublesome to attach or detach a sign board heretofore since the display of "in learner-driver practice" is required when training the driving on the roads under the provisional licence, or to attach or detach since the sign board is prepared by using a material such as paper other than a magnet sheet by the person by using a string or an adhesive tape other than magnetic means when practicing the driving outside a driving school. SOLUTION: The sign board is prepared so that the "in learner-driver practice" is written in black characters on white background on its surface and a magnetic sheet is used for its rear surface.
