PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in which if a liquid crystal material is exposed even in a small quantity when a photosetting sealant is exposed, an incomplete polymerization reaction is started in the liquid crystal material even when respective photosensitive wavelength regions of the liquid crystal material and the photosetting sealant are properly used. SOLUTION: The incomplete polymerization reaction is prevented to prevent a deterioration in the display performance of a liquid crystal panel by separating the wavelengths of the liquid crystal material and the photosetting sealant from each other and adjusting the concentration of a photopolymerization initiator contained in the liquid crystal material so that the concentration x of the photopolymerization initiator contained in the liquid crystal material satisfies 0
