PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display panel consisting of pixels wherein film thicknesses are fixedly kept and colors are balanced among color filters and to provide a mask for photolithography used for a manufacturing process of the liquid crystal display panel. SOLUTION: In the liquid crystal display panel having pixels each comprising a plurality of color filters, the pixel has transistors formed on a transparent substrate and electrodes applying voltage to a liquid crystal layer depending on the operational states of the transistors in every color filter. A layout pattern of at least one part of the electrode concerning a certain color filter is different from that of the electrode concerning an another color filter. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
