PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a package for sheetlike photosensitive materials usable efficiently and inexpensively in a clean state. SOLUTION: A strippable layer 12 stacked with such adhesive strength that it is strippable is disposed as an outermost layer of a package for sheetlike photosensitive materials for housing many sheetlike photosensitive materials, such as a packaging bag 3, and by stripping the strippable layer 12 before it is carried in a work chamber in which a packaging process is carried out, dirt and dust sticking to the surface of the package are removed with the strippable layer 12.
