PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of a large size and a high cost because a piston valve is adopted in the conventional flush valve. SOLUTION: The flushing valve of the present invention is equipped with a diaphragm valve performing passage closing motion between a passage at the primary side and a passage at the secondary side partitioned by a bulkhead in the main body of a flush valve; a pressure chamber formed by a rear portion of the valve body and an inner wall of the flush valve main body; and a relief valve for moving the diaphragm valve element by means of a pressure drop in the pressure chamber during valve opening by closing and opening the bypass passage interlocking between the pressure chamber and the passage at the secondary side. And a siphon pipe is provided at the inner side of the passage at the secondary side, and an opening end of the siphon pipe is located at the downstream side of the relief valve in the configuration.
