PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously remove dust stuck to a filter at the time of compressing the dust and to improve handleability by compressing the dust collected in a dust collecting part by a compression means. SOLUTION: A dust collecting chamber 13 having an openable and closable dust collecting lid part 92 is provided on the lower part of a holding pipe part 12. The dust collecting chamber 13 is provided with a second filter 101 positioned between the dust collecting chamber 13 and the suction side of a motor-driven blower. The compression means 105 for compressing the dust collected in the dust collecting chamber 13 and removing the dust stuck to the second filter 101 at the time of compression is positioned. The dust stuck to the second filter 101 is simultaneously removed at the time of compressing the dust collected in the dust collecting chamber 13 by the compression means 105 and the handleability is improved.
