PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stereoscopic observation system which achieves a positional correction in a shorter time by facilitating the work of correcting the attitudes of a stereoscopic endoscope to the optimum state. SOLUTION: The system is provided with devices to be supported including a rotation mechanism 19 which has a rotating shaft 18 almost parallel with an axis O6 of an insertion tube part 3 of the stereoscopic endoscope 4 at a connection part with the devices to be supported in a scope holder 10.
