PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine wherein a panel which is arranged behind a game board and has the flow passage of a game ball is constituted such that an electronic component board is superposed on the flow passage. SOLUTION: The game machine 1 includes the rear side panel 25 which is arranged behind the game board 4 and has the flow passage for allowing the game ball coming from the game board 4 and going out to a rear part to flow. The flow passage is formed in a groove shape in the rear side panel 25, and includes a groove bottom part 94 at the rear side of a passage part where the game ball passes. A penetration hole 93 is formed to penetrate the groove bottom part 94. The electronic component board 100 is attached to the rear side panel 25 on the rear surface of the groove bottom part 94. In the attachment state, a part of a light emission component 103 is inserted to the penetration hole 93, so as to position the tip end part of the light emission component 103 between the front and rear surfaces of the groove bottom part 94.
