PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce expenses for equipment, reduce time required for construction, and improve usability. SOLUTION: A toilet heating system is composed of a heat source machine that supplies hot water, a hot water pipe that is connected to the heat source machine and supplies and circulates hot water, and a toilet heating unit and a heating toilet seat unit that are connected to the hot water pipe and have a radiator heater and radiates heat to the air. The units are connected with each other in series by the hot water pipe. A temperature sensor that detects the temperature of the hot water that flows into the unit through the hot water pipe is provided near the unit and a flow regulating valve is installed that distributes the flow rate of the hot water that flows into the unit to a route towards a radiator heater and a bypassing route that bypasses the radiator heater according to the temperature sensor.
