PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive fish reef, contributing to resource saving as it utilizes stems of thinned trees and plants, grass of Miscanthus sinensis, Phragmites communis, and the like, recycled aggregate, and the like, easily assembled and processed as it is light and excellent in transportation and processing, excellent in general use due to its small specific gravity to be applied to weak subsoil such as sludge, excellent in reliability without sinking of a structural body as it has legs, excellent in fish-gathering effect with a simple shape and easy handling. SOLUTION: This fish reef is constituted of the structural body having a frame formed of several frame materials in almost prismatic or pyramidal form and a plant-based filler-mixed cement board fixed to be arranged on each side face of the frame and installed with openings at least in two facing surfaces.
