PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that not only soil sticks remarkably to each disk and a furrowing ability of the disk is lowered but also soil is collected in a large massive form in a furrow in an extreme case so that the furrow cannot be formed when the moisture content in a field is high, though seeding by providing a furrower for forming a seeding furrow and a fertilizing furrow under a seeder and a fertilizing apparatus, carrying out tillage, then sowing seeds at a set depth and further according to a lateral row fertilizing method for continuously carrying out seeding and fertilization of a plurality of rows is known. SOLUTION: Scrapers 89 and 94 between disks for pressing against transverse lateral faces of the disks and mechanically scraping off soil, or the like, are arranged in an internal space of at least one disk pair in both disk pairs 29 and 31. Furthermore, constitution is provided as follows. The scraper 94 between the fertilizing disks can be supported with a protecting member 28 provided between the disk pairs 29 and 31.
