The invention relates to an optical fiber coupler module (1) which comprises a cassette support (2) linked with a front panel (3). The cassette support (2) is associated with a coupler (4) by means of which the signals of at least one incoming optical fiber are distributed to at least two outgoing optical fibers. The module also comprises a first group of couplings (8) and a second group of couplings (9). The second group of couplings (9) is mounted on the front panel (3), the optical fibers of the first group of couplings (8) are led into the coupler (4) and the optical fibers leaving the coupler (4) are linked with the second group of couplings (9). The first group of couplings (8) is mounted on a support panel (5), said support panel (5) being hinged to the cassette support (2).
