PURPOSE: A capacity sensing switch is provided to allow for ease of manufacture and achieve improved operating reliability by permitting the switch to operate in accordance with changes of capacity caused due to contact of human body. CONSTITUTION: A capacity sensing switch(10) is characterized in that a printed circuit board(20) on which circuit elements and connection terminals are mounted is molded into a module by a plastic or epoxy material. Alternatively, a capacity sensing switch comprises a printed circuit board on which a plurality of circuit elements, connection terminals, and one or more light emitting diodes are mounted, wherein the printed circuit board has a pattern type sensing surface(21) formed integrally with the printed circuit board; an outer case where the printed circuit board is inserted and fixed; and an optical diffusing member serving as a capacity transfer member, and which is molded in the outer case.
