<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell device capable of realizing a simple, small and compact structure in housing the constituents of the fuel cell device in one case. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell device houses a fuel tank 3, a mixture tank 5, a pump 7, and a power generating cell 9 in a common case 15. The inside of the case 15 is divided into a heat generating side region 43 where the power generating cell 9 is arranged and a normal temperature side region 45 by a manifold 41 composed of a connection passage connecting the mixing tank 5 and the pump 7, a connection passage connecting the pump 7 and the generating cell 9, and a connection passage connecting the outside air inlet port 35 and the power generating cell 9. The manifold 41 serves as a thermal insulation member, and constructed so as to supply a fuel from the fuel tank 3 to the mixture tank 5, supply a mixed liquid from the mixing tank 5 to the generating cell 9, and supply the air from the outside air inlet port 35 to the generating cell 9 by one pump 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
