<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noodle drying chamber where noodles are dried until even the lower parts of noodle ribbons are sufficiently dried so as to increase the yield of high-quality noodles. <P>SOLUTION: This noodle drying chamber is so designed as to dry noodles by applying air caused by a plurality of ceiling fans to the noodles, wherein a rotational speed of one specific ceiling fan is differentiated from that of the other specific ceiling fan.
