<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly judge the admission propriety of an applicant (acceptance propriety of an application) even in the case that data inputted from an admission application form for credit card are imperfect. <P>SOLUTION: There are two kinds of items entered to the admission application form for the credit card, which are (1) the ones required for an examination (a name and an address, etc., ) and (2) the ones which are not (a deduction account for a card charge or the like). Conventionally, even in the case of (2), when the data are imperfect, since the applicant is inquired first, the imperfection is complemented and then the examination is started, work is stopped during the time and days are required for an examination result to come out. In this invention, even when the inputted data are incomplete, shifting to the examination is performed when it is the imperfection in the item not required for the examination, which is specified beforehand, and it is complemented parallelly to the examination or separately thereafter.
