<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system in which required information registration and information provision are performed at required time for a user, a manager of a public location and a provider of advertisement and a program . <P>SOLUTION: The system is provided with an actual state receiving means which receives the actual state information from a monitor camera apparatus, a scheduled real state and program transmitting means which transmits the real state information received by the real state receiving means and program registration information acquired from a data base to a display terminal based on transmission schedule information acquired from the data base in response to a request signal from the display terminal and an urgent notice broadcast means which accepts selection of display terminal registration information and monitoring camera registration information acquired from the data base and input of urgent notice information in response to a request signal from a manager terminal, adds the urgent notice information to the actual state information received by the actual state receiving means and transmits the urgent notice to the selected display terminal based on the selected monitoring camera registration information and the display terminal registration information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
