<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To input check contents or know-how on a screen at the time of correcting documents such as drawings or specifications, to register and rank the check contents or know-how to be made correspond to the documents, to reflect them on the drawings or the like by referring to their ranks and standard check items or the like, to use them for the check and approval of the drawings, to automatically prepare a check/know-how sheet, and to present the reliability with the ranks (standard check items), in a check list preparation method for prepaing for a check list of documents such as drawings or specifications. <P>SOLUTION: This check list preparation method comprises: a step for fetching check contents inputted from a displayed picture at the time of correcting documents such as drawings or specifications; and a step for registering the fetched check contents in a data base by associating them with the documents. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
