<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convocation managing method, a convocation managing program, and a convocation managing device for facilitating countermeasures to a temporary or emergency electronic conference at the time of convoking participating members for an electronic conference through the Internet. <P>SOLUTION: This convocation managing method comprises: a member registration processing process for preliminarily registering a plurality of members for each group based on their assignment; a convocation processing process for transmitting convocation request notifications to the plurality of participating members designated by a convoking person, and for performing the convocation processing accompanied with the setting of the number of people; an approval processing process for making the participating members who have receive the convocation request notifications approve the requests; and a start processing process for monitoring the number of participating members, and for starting an electronic conference when the number of participating members exceeds the number of people set by the convocation processing process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
