<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present necessary documents to a customer without omission when the customer purchases a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: Vehicle purchase contract information, such as the name of the customer, the model of the purchased vehicle, the existence/nonexistence of a trade-in car, the form of payment (cash/credit) and the existence/nonexistence of a tax reduction target is stored in a contract information database 40.
